21 November 2025: Genesis, the Dublin based commercial aircraft leasing company, announced today it has successfully closed and upsized a $650 million warehouse facility that also includes one new lender to further strengthen our funding base. The facility was led by Citi, with Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and BayernLB as colenders.
Genesis CFO Adam Smyth stated, “I am delighted to announce the closing of our warehouse facility, am grateful for the continued support with Citi, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, BayernLB and welcome Deutsche Bank as a new lender. The upsized warehouse facility positions us well to support future growth initiatives and strategic options into 2026 and beyond, ensuring we have the flexibility to meet the current market opportunities.”
