Genesis closes $90 million RCF facility to fund planned expansion and growth

Genesis, the Dublin-based commercial aircraft leasing company, today announced the upsizing of its warehouse credit facility to $800 million. The facility is led by Citi, with Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank and BayernLB acting as co-lenders.
The expanded facility further strengthens Genesis’ funding platform and provides additional capacity to support the continued growth of its commercial aircraft portfolio as the company executes its lifecycle investment strategy.
Genesis’ CFO Adam Smyth stated, “We are delighted to announce the upsizing of our warehouse facility to $800 million. The additional capital strengthens our funding base and provides increased flexibility to support Genesis’ continued portfolio expansion.
