Genesis, the Dublin-based commercial aircraft leasing company, and ReGEN, Genesis’s Dublin based component trading platform, today announced the successful closing of a new $90 million credit facility with Deutsche Bank, further strengthening its funding platform to support continued growth for its leasing and component trading platforms.

Genesis, today announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Flexpoint Ford (“Flexpoint”), a private equity investment firm, to acquire and service a portfolio of commercial aircraft on behalf of Flexpoint.
